LEARN TO SEE THE FACE DIFFERENTLY. This course is a two-day intensive learning experience with Dr. Jonathan Sykes, MD, and guest instructor Morgan Renfro, RN, CANS, designed for both beginner and advanced aesthetic injectors who want to deepen their anatomical understanding, refine their assessment skills and bring greater clarity to treatment planning. Throughout the two days, you’ll learn how Dr. Sykes sees and assesses a face: what he notices first, how he establishes treatment priorities, and how he decides where, when and whether to treat. You’ll explore the reasoning behind his decisions, with opportunities to ask questions and discuss how those principles apply to your own patients. CONNECT ANATOMY TO CLINICAL PRACTICE. Through facial assessment, cadaver anatomy, injection technique, safety and live patient demonstrations, the course connects anatomical knowledge to the decisions you make in practice. Full-face balance, proportion and individual anatomy provide the foundation for understanding both how to approach treatment and why a particular approach may be appropriate. The course will explore: • Facial assessment, balance and proportion. • Cadaver anatomy and its relationship to injection technique and safety. • Treatment priorities and the reasoning behind a full-face treatment plan. • Recognizing when an area is best left untreated. • Live patient assessment and injection demonstrations. • Discussion and questions with Dr. Sykes throughout the learning experience. The goal is to return to your practice better equipped to assess facial balance, identify treatment priorities and make thoughtful decisions for each patient. Limited enrollment creates space for meaningful discussion, questions in real time and direct access to Dr. Sykes. The experience also includes an intimate cocktail evening at Dr. Sykes’ Beverly Hills home, offering time to relax, continue the conversation and connect with him and fellow attendees.
